Every private event bar hire booking includes a portable bar unit, one or more licensed professional bartenders, quality glassware sized to your drink menu, full ice provision, and complete setup and strike. Our crew arrives 90 minutes before your guests to build the bar and prep cocktail ingredients — you do nothing except enjoy your event.
All-inclusive packages add premium spirits, bespoke cocktail menus, beer, wine, soft drinks, and garnishes. Dry hire packages cover the bar unit, staff, and glassware only — you supply the alcohol. Cash bar packages let your guests pay at the bar, with a fixed booking fee and minimum spend applied to your quote.
Every booking carries full public liability insurance and every bartender holds a personal alcohol licence. We comply with all UK licensing regulations, including Temporary Event Notice (TEN) requirements where applicable — we handle the paperwork, you handle the guest list.

Our standard event cocktail menu runs to 25+ recipes, covering stirred classics, shaken sours, bubbly spritzes, and zero-proof alternatives. For private parties, most clients choose 4–6 featured cocktails displayed on a bespoke menu card — giving guests clear options without slowing bar service.
Popular choices for birthday parties and anniversaries include the Pornstar Martini, Espresso Martini, Aperol Spritz, and Velvet Bramble. For garden parties and summer events, our Garden Gimlet and French 75 are consistently the highest-volume pours. Seasonal and themed cocktails — including colour-matched serves for hen parties — are available on bespoke packages.

Private party bar hire starts from £1,800 for an all-inclusive package. This covers bartenders, the bar unit, glassware, premium spirits, a bespoke 4-cocktail menu, ice, soft drinks, and full setup and strike for up to 60 guests over 4 hours. Additional bartenders, extended service hours, or larger guest counts are priced per quote.
Cash bar packages start from £500, with a £1,500 minimum drink spend. Your guests pay at the bar — you pay only the booking fee and any shortfall below the minimum spend if total sales fall short. This works well for larger guest lists where a fixed per-head cost becomes unpredictable.

Our private party bar hire service covers every occasion that calls for a proper drink. Birthday parties — from 21st celebrations to milestone 50ths — account for the largest share of our private bookings. We regularly serve 40–120 guests for birthday events across London, typically with a themed cocktail menu built around the guest of honour's preferences. Hen parties and pre-wedding celebrations are a growing part of our calendar. We create cocktail masterclass packages where guests make their own drinks under bartender guidance — typically 90 minutes of instruction followed by full bar service for the rest of the evening. Garden parties and outdoor summer events are best served with our spritz-forward menus and weatherproof bar canopy setups.

Once you approve the quote, a 25% deposit secures your date and begins the cocktail menu design process. We'll send a menu draft within 5 working days — you can revise serves, swap spirits, or add themed elements up to 4 weeks before your event. The balance is due 14 days before the event date.
On the day, our crew arrives 90 minutes early, builds the bar, preps the cocktails, and is ready to pour when your guests arrive. We carry out the full strike — glassware, bar unit, and waste — at the end. Nothing for you to organise except turning up and enjoying the night.
