All 32 London boroughs with travel included inside the M25. Berkshire coverage includes Reading, Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, and Newbury. UK-wide available on request with a travel supplement.
Do you provide the alcohol or do we supply it? +
Both. Our dry hire package means you supply the drinks while we bring the bar, staff, and glassware. Our all-inclusive packages cover everything — premium spirits, cocktail ingredients, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
How many bartenders do I need for my event? +
One bartender per 50–75 guests for cocktail-focused events. One per 75–100 for beer and wine service. We recommend the right team size based on your guest count and drink menu.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured? +
Yes. Every bartender holds a personal alcohol licence and at least 2 years' professional experience. We carry £5 million public liability insurance and comply with all UK licensing regulations.
Can you create a bespoke cocktail menu for my event? +
Yes. We design a signature cocktail menu matched to your theme, dietary requirements, and preferences. Zero-proof cocktails are included for non-drinkers at no extra charge.
What is included in mobile bar hire? +
Every booking includes a portable bar unit, professional bartenders, quality glassware, ice, full setup and strike, and public liability insurance. All-inclusive packages also cover all drinks and bespoke cocktail menus.
How much does mobile bar hire cost in London? +
Dry hire starts from £350. Cash bar packages start from £500 with a £1,500 minimum spend. All-inclusive packages range from £6.50 to £7.50 per person per hour. Final pricing depends on guest count, duration, and location.
Do I need a Temporary Event Notice for mobile bar hire? +
A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required if your venue does not hold a premises licence for the sale of alcohol. We advise on TEN requirements for your specific venue and can guide you through the application process with your local council. TENs cost £21 and must be submitted at least 10 working days before your event.
What types of venues do you set up mobile bars in? +
Our mobile bar hire works in any venue — warehouse spaces, private gardens, marquees, rooftops, country houses, office atriums, loft apartments, and festival fields. We bring our own bar units, power, and lighting. The only requirement is a flat surface of at least 3m x 1.5m for the bar footprint.
