Every birthday bar hire booking includes a mobile bar unit, a licensed bartender, a bespoke cocktail menu, quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and full setup and strike. We arrive 60 minutes before your first guest so the bar is ready when the party starts. All waste and equipment leaves with us.
All-inclusive packages cover spirits, mixers, beer, wine, soft drinks, and a non-alcoholic cocktail option as standard. Champagne and prosecco toasts are available as add-ons for milestone moments. Public liability insurance and personal alcohol licences are included on every booking at no extra cost.

For milestone birthdays — 30th, 40th, 50th, 60th — we design a named signature cocktail for the guest of honour. Named after them, built around their favourite flavours, printed on the menu card. Milestone birthdays justify a proper upgrade. For 30ths and 40ths in hired London venues — Shoreditch warehouses, Brixton arches, private dining rooms in the City — we size the bar setup to the space and match the drink selection to the crowd. Larger guest counts (80–150) include two bartenders and a bar back as standard.
50th and 60th birthday packages often include a champagne or prosecco reception on arrival followed by a full cocktail bar through the evening. We coordinate the drinks schedule to match your event timeline — welcome drinks, dinner service, and dancing-until-close all have different pace requirements.
