A champagne or prosecco reception service is included on all engagement packages — our bartenders manage glass-charging and top-ups throughout the welcome so nothing falls short.

All-inclusive packages cover every drink from arrival champagne to late-night cocktails: premium spirits, cocktail ingredients, beer, wine, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic options. Upgrades to premium Champagne labels are available. Public liability insurance and personal alcohol licences are included on every booking at no extra cost.

Champagne Reception Options.

A champagne reception on arrival is the standard opening to every engagement package. Our bartenders pre-charge glasses and manage top-ups throughout the welcome period so guests are never without a glass. The reception flows naturally into the main bar service — we time the transition to match your event schedule.

Prosecco is the default on standard packages. Upgrades to Moët & Chandon Brut, Laurent-Perrier Rosé, or Veuve Clicquot are available at a supplement — confirm your preference at the booking stage. For a pre-wedding feel, this pairs well with our wedding bar hire service, which offers the same champagne reception model for the big day itself.

Can you create a custom cocktail for our engagement party? +
Yes. Every engagement party booking includes a cocktail consultation to design a signature serve for the couple. Named after you both, built around your favourite flavours, and printed on the menu card. Couples have named theirs after the proposal location, the city where they met, or a shared ingredient they love. The consultation takes 30 minutes by phone or video call.
Do you do champagne reception service for engagement parties? +
Yes. Champagne and prosecco reception service is available on all engagement party packages. We manage glass-charging, top-ups, and non-alcoholic alternatives throughout the welcome reception. Upgrades to premium Champagne (Moët, Veuve Clicquot, Laurent-Perrier Rosé) are available on request.
