What's included
Mocktail bar hire from The Sesh Bars includes a fully branded portable bar unit, licensed bartenders, quality glassware, ice, all setup and strike, and a zero-proof cocktail menu designed around your event. There is no separate fee for alcohol-free drinks — the mocktail menu is part of the package from day one.
Our bartenders arrive 90 minutes before service to build the bar and run ingredient checks. They handle everything on the night so you do not need to brief venue staff or manage stock. At the end of the event they break down and remove all equipment, leaving the venue as they found it.
Every booking includes public liability insurance to £5 million and compliance with UK licensing law. For fully dry events we can also supply a temporary events notice (TEN) if required, or work within your venue's existing licence. Each bartender holds a personal licence — not just an in-house certificate.
Glassware is included as standard: highballs, coupes, rocks glasses, and champagne flutes depending on your menu. We do not use plastic unless specifically requested for outdoor safety reasons.
The drinks list
Our standard zero-proof menu covers twelve serves across three styles: long and refreshing (virgin mojito, elderflower spritz, cucumber cooler), spirit-forward and complex (No-groni, non-alc Old Fashioned, Seedlip sour), and blended and tropical (mango lassi martini, passion fruit fizz, coconut colada). Each drink is made to order using fresh fruit, hand-cut ice, and premium non-alcoholic spirits including Seedlip, Lyre's, and Caleño.
For bespoke events we build a tailored mocktail menu from scratch. Brief us on your theme, colours, dietary requirements, and guest profile and we will propose five to eight signature serves. Seasonal menus change quarterly. Spring and summer menus lean on citrus and botanicals; autumn and winter menus move toward warm spice and berry.
All zero-proof cocktails are clearly labelled on the menu card. For mixed events where some guests are drinking alcohol and some are not, we use the same bar to serve both — the service runs from a single bar and no guest needs to join a separate queue. Soft drink alternatives (juices, sparkling water, cordials) are always available alongside the cocktail menu at no additional cost.
Pricing
Mocktail bar hire is available on all three of our main packages. The zero-proof menu carries no surcharge — pricing is based on guest count, duration, and whether you want drinks included or prefer to supply your own.
Dry hire (bar unit, glassware, bartenders, setup) starts from £350 for up to four hours. You supply the non-alcoholic spirits and ingredients; we bring everything else. This works well for clients with venue catering budgets or existing drink stocks.
The all-inclusive zero-proof package is priced from £6.50 per person per hour and covers all ingredients, a bespoke mocktail menu, premium non-alcoholic spirits, soft drinks, ice, glassware, and bartender time. For 80 guests over four hours, that is approximately £2,080 all in — no hidden extras.

Mocktail bar hire is suited to any event where inclusivity matters. That includes dry weddings and receptions where the couple or family have chosen an alcohol-free celebration; corporate events where staff wellbeing policies or religious considerations apply; and private parties — birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, hen dos — where some guests do not drink.
We serve Ramadan iftar events and Eid celebrations regularly across East and North London, providing an elegant non-alcoholic bar service that matches the scale and style of the occasion. Schools, universities, and charity fundraisers also book us for evening events where licensing is complicated or alcohol is not appropriate.
For mixed events — the majority of our bookings — the zero-proof cocktail menu runs alongside our standard menu from a single bar. Guests order what they want; the bartenders switch between alcoholic and non-alcoholic serves without slowing service. No separate table, no obvious separation.
