Every booking includes a portable bar unit, professional bartenders, quality glassware, ice, and full setup and strike. A champagne, prosecco, or non-alcoholic sparkling toast timed to a speech or the couple's entrance is straightforward to build into any package.

A full zero-proof cocktail menu is included at no extra charge, and public liability insurance of £5 million covers every booking.

02 - Milestone Anniversaries

25th, 40th, 50th Anniversary Bars.

For milestone anniversaries, 25th (silver), 40th (ruby), 50th (golden), and 60th (diamond), we design a named signature cocktail for the couple, built around their favourite spirit or a story from the marriage. It's included at no extra charge on milestone bookings, the same treatment we give a milestone birthday.

What Anniversary Bar Hire Costs.

Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. Larger golden and diamond anniversary parties at a hired venue can run higher guest counts and longer service windows.

Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. Dry hire is quoted individually. A cash bar, where guests buy their own, is £500 plus a £1,500 minimum bar sales, and the £500 fee includes VAT where applicable.

Yes. For 25th, 40th, and 50th anniversaries especially, we design a named signature cocktail for the couple, built around their favourite spirit or a story from the marriage, printed on the menu card. It's included at no extra charge on milestone anniversary bookings.

Yes, a champagne, prosecco, or non-alcoholic sparkling toast timed to a speech or the couple's entrance is a standard part of anniversary bookings and included on all-inclusive packages.
What venues do you cover for anniversary parties? +
Hired halls, private dining rooms, marquees, and family homes across Reading and Berkshire. Golden and diamond anniversaries (50th and 60th) are often celebrated somewhere a little more formal than a house party, but we size the bar setup to whichever venue you choose.
Can you cater for a surprise anniversary party? +
Yes. We can arrange a silent setup before the couple arrives, the same way we handle surprise birthdays, so the bar is built and stocked without spoiling the surprise. Share the venue access time when you enquire.
Is a non-alcoholic option included for guests who don't drink? +
Yes, a full zero-proof cocktail menu is included as standard on every package at no extra charge, covering the same flavour range as the licensed menu.
