We agree setup time and access with you in advance so the first round is ready to go. We leave your home tidy. All bar waste and equipment goes with us.
The open bar covers spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks and garnishes, with cocktail ingredients on the £7.50 rate. Dry hire is quoted individually if you're stocking the drinks yourself. Public liability insurance is included on every booking.

Priced individually for your guest count. Our standard open-bar rates (£6.50 per adult per hour without alcoholic cocktails, £7.50 with, first four hours) apply from 100 adults. This covers the bar, bartenders, glassware, ice, setup, and strike.
Dry hire is quoted individually if you're supplying the drinks. Any travel charge is confirmed in your quote. For late-night house party extensions beyond midnight, ask when you enquire. If you're booking dry hire and supplying the drinks yourself, the hardest part is buying the right amount. As a planning rule, allow roughly one drink an hour for each guest. Setting Up In Your Home.
Our compact bar unit passes through a standard 80cm UK doorway. For flats and older terraced houses with narrow hallways, such as Victorian terraces in Reading, Caversham, and Henley-on-Thames, we use a modular assembly that builds inside the room. The bar folds flat for transport. No structural modifications, no damage deposits, no scuff marks.
We protect your floors with heavy-duty matting under the bar area and lay drip trays around the service zone. Post-event, our team strips the bar, removes all waste and recyclables, and leaves the room as we found it. This is particularly important for rental properties and flat-shares where landlord inspections matter.
